Mrs. Jazmin Pizarro

4th Grade Dual Language Teacher

Hola! My name is Jazmin Pizarro. I will be a 4th-grade Dual Language Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This will be my 22nd  year teaching & my 4th year teaching at Sam Rosen Elementary.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from PUCPR in 2005. I live in Haltom City with my son and my fiancée.

I am very excited to see what this year will bring in your child's education. 

Mrs. Elizabeth Treviño

Hello! My name is Elizabeth Trevino. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (EC–6) from Texas Woman’s University. I have taught Pre-K, 2nd, and 3rd grade, and I am proud to currently teach 4th grade at Sam Rosen.

In my free time, I enjoy early morning runs and participating in 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons. I also love spending time with my family watching sports (Go Cowboys!) and traveling to my favorite place—Disney World.

I believe that building strong relationships with students and families is key to academic success, and I look forward to a wonderful school year!
